If you're in doubt, add an Image Sampler pass, which will reveal how much work the anti aliasing is doing. Then set the DMC sampler threshold to 0.1 or something like that and slowly until you get rid of the jagged edges, but before it starts clearing away any of the noise that's still left. Looks like the transparency might need particularly many subdivisions,100+ subdivs isn't unheard of. Then go through the material and lights and GI, and carefully increase the subdivisions until all surfaces are reasonably clear of noise (all the edges will still be jagged). Everything should look noisy and your edges should be jagged. Reset vray settings, then chose the adaptive sampler, and set the DMC sampler threshold to 0.99, which has the effect of more or less disabling the anti aliasing. Here's my workflow for getting rid of noise and speeding up renders: This might sound counter intuitive, but if those values are low, vray will use the anti aliasing subdivisions to get rid of noise, which is very very slow. Try cranking the sample subdivisions in your material transparency and reflection, and in any lights you might have.
I haven't taken a look at your file but it looks like you haven't done anything to optimize it.
